Nicholas has been passionate about, and involved in real estate, since the age of 18. He ultimately applied his diverse background in construction, project management and sales to the real estate brokerage full-time, as a member of The Connie Liappas Team at Douglas Elliman.

Nicholas works intently with his clients from start to finish, building relationships and providing attentive service every step of the way. His focus is on getting to know you rather than just selling your home, in order to meet your needs, get excellent results, and establish a lasting bond. “My goal is to do so well for you that you never forget the experience. I like to educate my sellers and buyers so they can make informed decisions, and provide full-service assistance with marketing and purchasing property for the right price, under the best terms.”

Operating from a place of loyalty, integrity and honesty, Nicholas connects easily with people and is natural at making them feel comfortable during what can be one of life’s most stressful processes. Born in Queens, raised in Manhasset, and a Port Washington resident with deep ties in all communities, he brings his clients exceptional knowledge of the markets he serves Queens and Long Island.

A graduate of Stony Brook University, Nicholas spent 10 years building mechanical systems in luxury high-rises in New York City as a project manager. He subsequently sold residential and commercial mechanical equipment for a Fortune 100 company. His experience in construction and renovation, keen eye for quality and details, and expertise negotiating sizable deals are invaluable in assuring success for his real estate clients.

Outside of real estate, Nicholas’ favorite hobby is golfing, fitness, and travel. You can find him most weekday mornings staying active at the gym. He and his family are also active in the Walk to Defeat ALS, dedicated to providing assistance and care for those afflicted with the terrible disease and raising funds towards research for a cure.
